About The Role
As a Sales Hunter / Closer at ClinicGrower, you will drive revenue by enrolling new clients (medical and aesthetic practices) into our proven growth programs. Your mission is to close new contracts each month with medical spas, plastic/cosmetic surgeons, and vein centers. This will be accomplished through a combination of pre-qualified booked appointments, company-provided warm leads, and your own proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, texts, and social prospecting. All necessary tools, training & software will be provided.
This is a full-time, remote position - work from anywhere! As long as you’re available to U.S. Business Hours (Eastern) 8am-6pm and have a stable internet connection. Currently, our sales team spans the U.S. and Canada, with support from team members worldwide. Headquarters: Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the driving force behind generating new business. Responsibilities will include:
Consultative Selling: Engage prospects in consultative sales, deeply understanding their needs and guiding them to tailored solutions that solve real pain points. Address objections with empathy and expertise, highlighting ROI and results.
Achieving revenue goals: Consistently close $100,000+ in new contract value per month.
Running Sales Demos: Schedule and run 10+ consultative sales demos weekly on Zoom with qualified prospects.
Outbound Calls: Make 20+ calls daily to connect with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
High-Ticket B2B Sales Experience: Proven record in high-ticket sales, closing $1M+ annually.
Experience Selling to Doctors: Preferred experience within Medical Aesthetics, and/ or Marketing?
Confidence & Leadership: Guide clients confidently through the sales process with a strong, reassuring presence.
Hunger & Work Ethic: This is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities 2) close them. You must be hungry.

Compensation
On Target Earnings: Minimum of $130,000 per year.
Strong Sellers: $200,000+ annually.
Top Performers: $280,000+ annually.
To support your ramp-up, you’ll receive a draw/base salary as you get started.
